These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of GotoExperts AI's website, products, and services, including Relay (collectively, the "Services"). By using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Use of the Services

You may use the Services only in compliance with these Terms and all applicable laws. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account credentials, access codes, or keys issued to you, and for all activity that occurs under them.

2. Client responsibilities

If you connect a WhatsApp Business Account, phone number, or other messaging channel to our Services, you represent that you have the authority to do so and that your use complies with the applicable platform's policies (e.g. Meta's WhatsApp Business Policy). You are responsible for the content of messages sent through automated features and for obtaining any necessary consent from your own customers.

3. AI-generated content

Our Services use AI models (including Google Gemini) to generate conversational replies and extract information from messages. AI-generated output may contain inaccuracies. You are responsible for reviewing and validating AI-generated content before relying on it for business-critical decisions.

4. Intellectual property

All rights, title, and interest in the Services, including software, design, and content (excluding your own data), remain the property of GotoExperts AI or its licensors. Nothing in these Terms grants you any ownership rights in the Services.

5. Fees

Certain Services may be offered on a paid subscription basis, as agreed separately between you and GotoExperts AI. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as otherwise agreed in writing.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Services at any time if we reasonably believe these Terms have been violated, or if continued use poses a risk to the security or integrity of the Services (including messaging-platform policy violations that could jeopardize shared infrastructure).

7. Disclaimer of warranties

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. See our Disclaimer for further detail.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GotoExperts AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Services.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
